The solutions include: loosening the screws, removing the fan brake wheel, cleaning the oil stains on the friction surface, fine-tuning the locking nut to achieve the appropriate clearance, replacing worn brakes or pressure springs, etc.

2、 Check and maintain relevant components

Check the brake ring:

The state of the brake ring has a significant impact on the braking effect. If there is oil stains or severe wear on the surface of the brake ring, it will reduce its friction coefficient and lead to a decrease in braking effect.

The brake ring should be disassembled and its contact surface checked for oil stains or wear. If there is oil stains, appropriate cleaning agents should be used to thoroughly clean them; If the wear is severe, it should be replaced in a timely manner.

Check the coupling:

If the coupling of the gourd motor does not move smoothly or gets stuck, it will also affect the braking effect. The condition of the coupling should be checked, and if necessary, maintenance or replacement should be carried out.
