1、 Fracture of steel wire rope

reason:

Overloading and impact: Severe impact during use can cause overloading, damage, and localized wear of the steel wire rope.

Corrosion and fatigue: When the steel wire rope is severely corroded, fatigued, overspeed, or slips, one or several strands may break.

The phenomenon of "over winding": The steel wire rope has become tangled in disorder on the drum or has been damaged due to the reverse winding. Continuing to operate may cause the steel wire rope to get stuck and break.

3、 Relaxation damage during the lifting process
