Poor processing, manufacturing, and assembly quality of the traction mechanism: This may lead to problems with high pulling force and short travel. The small stroke and large operating force are mainly caused by the improper swinging radius of the joystick, the swinging angle of the handle, and the transmission ratio value of the lever system.

The assembly quality of the clamping mechanism during processing and manufacturing is poor: this will affect the dynamic and static load performance of the lever hoist. Whether the steel wire rope can be freely inserted or removed during the threading and unloading positions of the clamp crocodile board, and whether the clamp still has sufficient clamping safety factor for the steel wire rope when both the clamp crocodile board and the steel wire rope are worn to the limit size, will be affected.

Incomplete marking content: Low quality wire rope electric hoists may lack necessary marking content, such as manufacturer name or mark, wire rope model and specification, length, batch number, inspection number, manufacturing date, etc. The lack of this information may result in users being unable to accurately understand the performance and usage requirements of steel wire ropes.

Improper marking method: The marking method for steel wire ropes should be clear, easy to read, and permanent markings should be used. However, low-quality wire rope electric hoists may use inappropriate marking methods, such as ink peeling or blurred handwriting in printing methods, or improper engraving depth and force in engraving methods, resulting in unclear or unsustainable markings.
