Solution: Check if the power connection is normal, repair or replace the damaged controller or switch, and tighten the bracket and hook of the hoist.

The lifting capacity of the electric hoist has decreased

Possible reasons: The chain is worn or damaged, and the transmission part needs lubrication.

Solution: Check the wear of the chain and replace it with a brand new one if necessary; Lubricating the transmission part and using appropriate lubricants.

The lifting of goods cannot be stopped in mid air, or the sliding amount is too large

Possible reasons: The brake of the lifting motor is not functioning properly, the friction surface of the brake is contaminated with oil or worn excessively, and the pressure spring is fatigued.

Solution: Clean the friction surface of the brake or replace worn parts, replace pressure springs, inspect and adjust the brake.

The motor does not rotate and cannot lift heavy objects

Possible causes: overload use, voltage below rated voltage, electrical failure causing disconnection or poor contact, brake wheel and rear cover rusting and biting.

Solution: Avoid overloading, wait for voltage to return to normal, inspect electrical appliances and circuits, remove brake wheels, and clean corroded surfaces.

Motor temperature rise too high

Possible reasons: Overloading, frequent operation, and insufficient brake clearance, resulting in incomplete detachment of the brake ring.

Solution: Avoid overloading and overuse, and readjust the brake clearance.

Excessive noise from the reducer

Possible causes: poor lubrication, excessive gear wear or damage, and bearing damage.

Solution: lubricate the reducer, disassemble and inspect it, and replace damaged parts.

The motor makes a buzzing sound when starting

Possible causes: Power supply and motor phase loss, poor contact of AC contactors.

Solution: Check the power and motor circuits, and replace the AC contactor.

Regularly check the tightness and wear of the chain, and make timely adjustments and replacements if necessary.

Regularly check the temperature and operation of the motor, and if there are any abnormalities, stop the machine for inspection in a timely manner.

Regularly inspect the friction surface and pressure spring of the brake, and replace them promptly if there is wear or fatigue.

Regularly check whether the joint surface and bolts of the reduction gearbox are loose, and tighten them firmly if necessary.
