Lubrication maintenance: According to the lubrication components and lubrication methods described in the manual, regularly add or apply an appropriate amount of lubricant to the parts that need lubrication. After the installation of the electric hoist is completed, lubricating oil should be injected into the reducer according to the lubricating oil capacitance meter.

Installation and adjustment: Ensure that the electric hoist is firmly installed, and maintain a gap of 3-5 millimeters between the wheel rim of the walking mechanism trolley and the edge of the I-beam. Otherwise, it should be adjusted in a timely manner.

3、 Operating standards

Empty load test run: Before normal use, repeated lifting and left and right movement experiments should be conducted under empty load to confirm that the mechanical transmission, electrical, and connection parts are normal and reliable.

Trial lifting inspection: Before lifting heavy objects, a trial lifting should be carried out to check whether the braking distance meets the regulations. When abnormalities are found, the vehicle should be stopped immediately for inspection and troubleshooting.

Vertical lifting: When lifting heavy objects, they should be lifted vertically downwards, and it is strictly prohibited to pull diagonally along the drum axis to prevent damage to the rope guide. At the same time, maintain center of gravity balance and lift at a uniform speed to ensure that the heavy object does not flip after lifting.

Safe distance: No one is allowed to stand below or near the electric hoist. During the lifting process, ensure that there are no people or obstacles around.

Overloading is prohibited: It is strictly prohibited to overload the use of electric hoists. When the lifted object approaches or reaches the rated lifting capacity, a small height and short stroke trial lifting should be used before a smooth lifting.

4、 Safety devices and precautions

Safety devices: Electric hoists are usually equipped with safety devices such as limit switches and protective devices. Limit switches are a safety device to prevent accidents and should not be used frequently as ordinary switches.
