Chain wheel installation:

Match the sprocket and shaft to ensure that the diameter is appropriate.

Place the bearing on the base and secure it with bolts.

The sprocket should be installed on the shaft without tilting or swinging. In the same transmission component, the end faces of the two sprockets should be located in the same plane, and the deviation of the sprocket center distance should be within the allowable range.

Chain installation and adjustment:

Place the chain in the designated position of the crane, ensuring that both ends of the chain are aligned with the axis of the equipment.

Use chain pliers or other tools to secure the two ends of the chain in the designated position on the equipment, ensuring a firm fixation.

Use a chain tensioner or tensioner to adjust the tension of the chain, ensuring that it is neither too loose nor too tight during operation. The tightness of the chain should be moderate to reduce power consumption and wear.

Test drive and inspection:

Carefully inspect the installation of the chain, including whether the length, width, hole spacing, tension and other parameters of the chain meet the requirements.

Conduct a trial run to check if the chain is running normally, and if there are any abnormal sounds, vibrations, or detachment. If there are any abnormalities, they should be adjusted in a timely manner.

Use Phase

Avoid overloading:

It is strictly prohibited to use low-strength chains instead of high-strength chains to ensure that the chains have sufficient strength to withstand the load.

Emergency shutdown:

In normal operation, if an emergency situation occurs, the emergency stop button should be quickly pressed to stop the machine for processing.

Tension control:

The chain should maintain appropriate tension during use to avoid slipping or excessive wear caused by excessive or insufficient tension.

Regular maintenance:

Regularly maintain the chain and crane, including checking the wear of the chain, replacing severely worn chains, cleaning dust and oil stains on the crane, etc.

Shutdown and Storage Stage

Material unloading completed:

Before stopping the machine, except in special circumstances, all materials on the crane should be unloaded to avoid wear and tear on the chain and crane caused by long-term heavy loads.

Power outage and protection:

After shutdown, the power should be promptly turned off and necessary protective measures should be taken to prevent the crane from being damaged or stolen.

Storage environment:

Stainless steel chain cranes should be stored in a dry, well ventilated environment to avoid moisture and corrosion. At the same time, it should be ensured that the storage location is convenient for lifting and operation.
