Many people may notice abnormal noise when using explosion-proof chain electric hoists.

1. The abnormal noise emitted by the motor should be immediately stopped and checked for single-phase operation or bearing damage, misalignment of the coupling axis, and sweeping faults, all of which can cause abnormal noise in the motor.

2. The reducer of the explosion-proof chain electric hoist has abnormal noise, such as a lack of lubricating oil in the gearbox or bearings, gear wear or damage, and bearing damage. 

Immediately stop the machine for inspection.

3. Noise appears on the control circuit, usually due to a malfunction of the contactor.

Most of the problems are due to poor contact of the AC contactor contact, voltage level mismatch, magnetic core jamming, etc. 

The faulty contactor should be repaired. 

If it cannot be repaired, it must be replaced. 

After treatment, the noise can be removed on its own.
