Before Operation

Inspection:

Conduct a thorough inspection of the crane and its components, including hooks, steel wire ropes, and other parts, according to the requirements of the spot inspection card.

Check for any signs of wear, damage, or abnormalities.

Grounding:

Ensure that all live parts of the crane are reliably grounded to prevent accidental electric shock accidents.

If the trolley track is not welded on the main beam, it should also be grounded by welding.

Power Supply:

Ensure that the power supply is stable and within the specified range.

Avoid using the crane during periods of voltage fluctuation or power outages.

During Operation

Normal Driving State:

Ensure that the crane is in normal driving condition, with sensitive and intact devices such as braking mechanisms, sound and light signals, interlocking devices, etc.

Concentration and Lifting Procedure:

The operator should concentrate on idling before lifting.

When lifting, the lifted object should be raised 100~150mm off the ground initially to check for stability.

If the object is not tightly bound, it should be rebound before continuing the lift.

Signal Communication:

Use clear and accurate signals to communicate with other operators or personnel in the area.

Avoid lifting objects over people's heads.

Ten No-Lifting Rules:

Do not lift if the command signal is unclear or disorderly.

Do not lift when the rated lifting capacity is exceeded.

Do not lift if the lifting appliance is used improperly or the objects are not tied firmly.

Do not lift when there are people on the lifting object or other floating objects.

Do not lift if the holding brake or other braking devices fail.

The crane shall not lift heavy objects when they are directly processed.

Avoid pulling and hanging askew without lifting.

Do not lift explosive objects.

Objects buried underground shall not be hoisted.

Objects with edges and corners shall not be hoisted without padding.

Abnormality Handling:

In case of any abnormality during operation, stop the machine immediately, cut off the power supply, and check the cause.

Eliminate the problem in a timely manner and do not continue operation until the crane is deemed safe.

After Operation

Parking and Hook Management:

Stop the crane on the designated parking line and lift the hook in place.

Ensure that no heavy objects are hung on the hook when the crane is not in use.

Controller and Lever Positioning:

Put all controllers and levers to the zero position.

Pull off the power switch and lock the cab door.

Additional Precautions

Regular Maintenance:
