1、 Regular inspection and replacement

Inspection frequency:

Daily inspection: Before starting work every day, a basic inspection of the chain should be conducted to observe for wear, cracks, deformation, or looseness.

Regular inspection: It is recommended to conduct a more detailed inspection every three months and record the status of the chain. Conduct a comprehensive inspection at least once a year, including a comprehensive evaluation of the material, strength, wear and tear of the chain.

Replacement cycle:

In general, the replacement cycle of the chain is one to two years after use. However, this cycle will be affected by factors such as frequency of use, working environment, and chain material.

If the electric hoist is frequently used or the working environment is harsh (such as high dust, humidity, acid-base environment, etc.), the wear of the chain will accelerate and it needs to be replaced more frequently.

During the cleaning process, appropriate cleaning agents and tools should be used to avoid the use of highly corrosive chemicals.

Lubrication:

Lubricating the chain can reduce friction and wear, and improve the service life of the chain. It is recommended to use specialized chain lubricant for lubrication to ensure a uniform oil film is formed on the surface of the chain.

3、 Operation precautions

It is strictly prohibited to use electric hoists to lift heavy objects beyond their rated load. Overloading can cause the chain to bear excessive tension, thereby accelerating wear and breakage.

Smooth operation:
