1、 Regular inspection and maintenance

Mechanical component inspection:

Check the wear of the steel wire rope, measure its diameter, and replace it with a new rope immediately if any wire breakage is found.

Check whether the pulley on the drum rotates flexibly and reliably, and whether the anti slip groove device of the pulley and drum is intact.

Check the hook and brake to ensure that the hook nut is tightened, the brake is reliable, and there is no sliding phenomenon.

Lubrication and maintenance:

Regularly lubricate lubricating components such as wire ropes, bearings, etc. to ensure sufficient lubricating grease and cleanliness without impurities.

Steel wire ropes used at room temperature should be lubricated at least once a week, and lubricating grease should be heated when the temperature is low in winter.

Safe operation:

During operation, overloading is strictly prohibited to ensure that the weight of the lifted object is within the rated load range.

It is prohibited to hang diagonally or use it as a horizontal dragging tool to prevent the burial of objects.

3、 Storage and maintenance

Storage environment:
