1、 Preparation before installation

Open box inspection:

After the equipment arrives at the site, the first step is to conduct an unpacking inspection to confirm that the equipment's accompanying documents (such as instructions and certificates of conformity) are complete, the equipment matches the packing list, and the appearance of the equipment is undamaged.

Check whether there are cracks or damages (i.e. water leakage or air leakage) on the explosion-proof shell, and whether the explosion-proof surface is damaged. If there is damage, repair or replace parts that meet explosion-proof requirements.

Check the I-beam track:

Ensure that the buffers at both ends of the I-beam are installed correctly and the connection points are securely fastened.

The support points of I-beams should be constructed according to the drawings and connected firmly; The splicing of I-beams must also be constructed according to the drawings, and the lower flange needs to be polished smooth without jamming the wheels.

Check the electric hoist:

Check if the reducer part of the electric hoist has been filled with an appropriate amount of lubricating oil according to regulations.

Check whether the electrical control box is wired according to the electrical diagram, and check the insulation status of the lifting motor and the walking motor.

Check whether the fixed end of the steel wire rope is tightened and whether the plug is wedged firmly.

2、 Installation process

Lifting:

According to the actual situation of the construction site, it is possible to choose to use a crane or winch to set up a pulley system for lifting.

During lifting, it is important to take protective measures for tying ropes to prevent damage to the equipment. Choose the appropriate lifting rope according to the weight of the equipment itself.

Fixed and adjusted:

The steel wire rope and the drum must be fixed with three pressure plates at each end, and the bolts must be tightened.

Adjust the gap between the walking wheel of the electric hoist and the I-beam track to be between 3-5mm, and achieve it through shim adjustment.

Adjust the motor spindle runout to ensure optimal braking effect.

Electrical installation:

Install electrical equipment, including control boxes, buttons, etc., to ensure reliable electrical circuit connections.

Check whether the limiter is flexible and reliable, adjust the collision block on the limiter rod, and ensure that the limiter can function correctly during use.

3、 Test run and acceptance

Test drive:

After connecting the power, first check whether the direction of operation of each motor is consistent with the direction of the control button.

Conduct a no-load test, start each mechanism under no-load conditions for forward and reverse trial operation, check whether the control circuit is correct, and whether the electrical equipment such as limiters work reliably.

Conduct static and dynamic load tests to ensure that the equipment operates normally at rated load.

check before acceptance:

During the acceptance process, all explosion-proof components' shell bolts should be checked for reliable tightening.

Check if all lubricating components have been lubricated and add lubricating oil separately.

After passing the acceptance inspection, it can be officially put into use.
