However, before installing the pneumatic hoist, the model of the steel track must be selected based on the weight, travel distance, and span of the pneumatic hoist.

After the installation of the pneumatic hoist track, there is a mechanical installation on it. And fix the connection point properly.

After installation, connect the air source for inspection and observe whether the pneumatic hoist operates normally on the track. If any abnormalities occur, the sports car should be inspected accordingly.

After the installation of the pneumatic hoist sports car, connect the pneumatic hoist to the pneumatic sports car, connect the connecting shaft to connect the pneumatic hoist to the pneumatic sports car, and tighten it firmly. Afterwards, an anti-collision buffer mechanism will be installed to prevent mechanical damage caused by pneumatic hoist sports cars during operation.

Open the air circuit valve, adjust the air pressure to 0.6MPa, and then check the condition of the air circuit connection to see if there is any air leakage at each joint.
