The speed control of the wire rope electric hoist is mainly achieved through the following methods:

1、 Variable frequency speed control

Principle: Use a frequency converter to change the frequency and voltage of the motor power supply to achieve the purpose of motor speed regulation. The frequency converter can automatically recognize the electrical parameters of the motor through self-learning and drive the motor using high-performance sensorless vector control.

4、 Precautions in practical operation

When performing speed control, it is necessary to calculate the motor output power based on the mass and shape of the lifting object to determine the appropriate specifications for the motor and reducer.

Pay attention to the heat dissipation, noise and other issues of electric hoists during use, as well as their coordination with lifting objects.

Ensure the coordination between the brake and motor control to ensure smooth and precise start stop of the lifting object.

Regularly maintain and upkeep the electric hoist, including checking the operating status of the motor, transmission components, lubrication system, etc., timely replacing damaged components, and adding lubricating oil, etc.
