Gear failure:

When the gear teeth are damaged, worn, there are cracks in the spoke ring and wheel housing, or the keys are damaged, it is necessary to repair or replace them according to the specific situation. For example, for the gears of the lifting mechanism, when the wear reaches 15-25% of the original tooth thickness, replacement with a new gear should be considered.

Axis fault:

When cracks or bending occur on the shaft exceeding 0.5mm per meter, a new shaft should be replaced or corrected after heating.

Wheel malfunction:

If the wheels travel unevenly or tilt, it may be due to excessive wear on the wheel flange shaft, significant differences in wheel diameter, or uneven crane rails. When the wear size exceeds 50% of the original size, the wheels should be replaced with new ones or reworked.

Gearbox malfunction:

When the gearbox casing heats up, lubricating oil flows out, or the gearbox vibrates on the frame, it is necessary to check and replace dirty oil, check the condition of gears and bearings, tighten bolts or replace paint, etc.

Slow response of brake pedal:

Clean the brake wheel surface with gasoline or car gasoline to restore friction.

Severe deformation of brake pad lining or exposed bolts:

Replace the brake pad lining to repair this issue.

Main spring issue:
