Lifting and Loading:

When lifting, ensure a firm grasp of the center of gravity to avoid collisions, swaying, or slipping.

Load the hydraulic supports onto the flatbed truck in the order of tail beam first, followed by the front beam, and secure them with clamps and chains.

Transport Route Planning:

Develop a safe and efficient transport route for the hydraulic supports.

During transport down the main inclined shaft, use dynamic braking on the winch and control the speed within 0.5m/s.

Regularly inspect the steel wire ropes, rope clips, and hooks to ensure safety.

Lifting and Installation of the Top Beam:

Set up a lifting system using hydraulic props and steel beams (or 11# miner's steel) to create a lifting frame parallel to the installation position of the support.

Attach a 10T fixed pulley to the lifting frame and connect the winch steel wire rope to the steel wire rope bundled on the tail beam of the support using a shackle.

Remove the clamps and chains securing the top beam, and use the winch steel wire rope to lift the top beam to the desired position through the fixed pulley.

Pull out the flatbed truck from under the support using a hemp rope, ensuring no one is under the support during this process.

Lowering and Stabilizing the Top Beam:

Place round wood under the top beam to lower and stabilize it, ensuring it is securely connected to the floor.

Orientation and Adjustment of the Support:

Use hydraulic props to adjust the orientation of the top beam so that it is perpendicular to the centerline of the cutting.

Stabilize the support by leveling and securing it.

Assembly and Installation:

Assemble the hydraulic supports piece by piece using a crane.

Load the beams and bases onto separate flatbed trucks and secure them.

Transport the components to the assembly area and assemble them in sequence.
