1、 Electrical system inspection

Electrical device compatibility: Check whether the electrical device of the explosion-proof electric hoist meets the power supply type and working voltage requirements of the installation location, ensuring that the electrical circuit connection is correct and reliable, without short circuits or open circuits.

Consistency between control buttons and direction: After the circuit is powered on, check whether the operation direction of the explosion-proof control button is consistent with the movement direction of the explosion-proof electric hoist to ensure accurate operation.

Limit switch function: Check whether the limit switch is flexible and reliable, without jamming or other phenomena, and confirm that its action position is consistent with the direction of operation of the lifting motor. This is crucial for preventing electric hoists from over rolling or falling.

2、 Mechanical structure inspection

Chain or wire rope status: For electric chain hoists, check if there is any twisting phenomenon in the chain to avoid damaging the gearbox of the hoist; For wire rope electric hoists, check if the wire rope is loose or tangled, and adjust it if necessary.

Lubrication condition: Ensure that all lubrication parts have been lubricated with an appropriate amount of lubricating oil according to the lubrication instructions, and be careful not to add butter. This helps reduce friction and extend equipment lifespan.
