1、 Motor malfunction

No response after starting the motor:

Cause analysis: It may be a motor coil open circuit, travel switch failure, or transmission system failure.

Solution: First, check if the electrical components such as power lines, switches, and fuses are functioning properly. If the circuit is normal, it is necessary to check whether the motor itself is faulty, or disassemble and check whether the brushes and bearings are damaged, and replace or repair them.

Abnormal noise generated after starting the motor:

Cause analysis: It may be due to bearing damage or mechanical gear failure.

Solution: Check if the bearings are worn or too tight, clean, lubricate or replace them. Meanwhile, check for any damage to the mechanical gears and make necessary repairs or replacements.

The motor running speed is unstable:

Cause analysis: It may be due to unstable voltage or malfunction of the electrical regulator.

Solution: Check if the power supply voltage is stable and adjust it to the normal range. At the same time, check if the electric regulator is faulty and repair or replace it.

2、 Controller malfunction

No response from operating the switch:

Cause analysis: It may be due to rusting or welding of the control switch contacts, or poor switch contact.

Solution: Check if the control switch is in good contact, clean the contacts, and repair the welding phenomenon. If the switch is damaged, a new control switch needs to be replaced.

The operation switch cannot be stopped:

Cause analysis: It may be due to poor contact of the control switch or the switch being pressed down.

Solution: Check the contact of the control switch and repair the parts with poor contact. If the switch is damaged, a new control switch needs to be replaced.

Controller indicator light not on or dim brightness:

Cause analysis: It may be due to poor contact of the power circuit or the lifespan of the lamp tube.

Solution: Check if the power circuit is in good contact and repair or replace the damaged circuit. If the lifespan of the lamp tube has expired, a new lamp tube needs to be replaced.

3、 Power failure

The startup power indicator light is not on:

Cause analysis: It may be a power circuit malfunction or a blown fuse.

Solution: Check if the power circuit is intact and repair or replace the damaged circuit. At the same time, check if the fuse is blown, and if it is, replace it with a new fuse.

The power supply is normal, but the crane cannot start:

Cause analysis: It may be due to unstable power output voltage or poor contact.

Solution: Check if the power output voltage is stable and adjust it to the normal range. At the same time, check if the power circuit is in good contact and repair or replace the damaged circuit.
