1、 Electrical system abnormality

Motor overheating: If the motor overheats during operation, it may be caused by excessive load, poor heat dissipation, or internal faults of the motor. The machine should be stopped immediately for inspection and troubleshooting before resuming operation.

Damage to electrical components: Damage to electrical components such as contactors, relays, etc. may cause circuit faults or control failures. Regularly check the integrity of electrical components and replace damaged components in a timely manner.

Power supply fluctuation: Unstable power supply voltage may cause abnormal motor operation or damage to the motor. It is necessary to ensure the stability of the power supply voltage and take voltage stabilization measures when necessary.

2、 Mechanical system abnormality

Gearbox noise and vibration: Abnormal noise or vibration emitted by the gearbox during operation may be caused by gear wear, poor lubrication, or bearing damage. Regularly check the lubrication of the gearbox and the wear of gears and bearings, and replace severely worn components in a timely manner.

Brake failure: The brake is an important safety device for electric hoists. If the brake fails, it may cause heavy objects to lose control or fall. The performance and reliability of the brake should be regularly checked to ensure that it can brake quickly in emergency situations.

Wear and breakage of steel wire rope: Steel wire rope is the main load-bearing component of electric hoist. If the steel wire rope is severely worn or broken, it will cause serious safety accidents. Regularly inspect the wear of steel wire ropes, replace severely worn ones in a timely manner, and avoid overloading during use.

3、 Other abnormal phenomena

Oil leakage phenomenon: If the electric hoist experiences oil leakage, it may be caused by aging, damage, or improper installation of the sealing components. Oil leakage not only leads to poor lubrication and environmental pollution, but may also cause safety accidents such as fires. The sealing condition of the equipment should be checked regularly, and damaged seals should be replaced in a timely manner.

Abnormal noise: If an electric hoist produces abnormal noise during operation, it may be caused by loose or damaged mechanical components, or foreign objects getting stuck. Immediately stop the machine for inspection, identify the cause, and troubleshoot.

Inert operation: If the operation of the electric hoist becomes inflexible or sluggish, it may be caused by wear of transmission components, poor lubrication, or electrical control system failure. The lubrication condition of the transmission components and the operating status of the electrical control system should be checked to promptly eliminate faults.
